What we collect

When you send a quote request through our website, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the type of pest, your community and any description you provide. We also record the page you sent the form from and the time it was sent, to help us respond and to filter spam. When you call or email us, we keep the details you choose to share so we can help you.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, provide quotes, book and carry out service, and follow up on work we've done. Quote requests from the website are delivered by email to our business inbox (albertapestservices@gmail.com).

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.
• We don't share your details with other companies, except service providers that help us run our business (for example email and website hosting), or where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether the phone number or quote form is used. These tools may set cookies. They don't give us your name or contact details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and quote information for as long as needed to provide service, answer questions about past work, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal requirements to keep certain records. Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) applies to how we handle personal information.
